Little Divas Braids (“Little Divas,” “we,” “us”) operates the Little Divas website and mobile app, which let parents and guardians book kids' braiding and styling appointments. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you book an appointment or join our Virtual Wait Room, we collect the contact details you provide: your name, phone number, and email address, plus any optional notes you add about the appointment. Salon staff who sign in to the private management portal also have an account (name, email, and role). We do not require you to create an account to book as a guest.
We use your information only to schedule and manage your appointments, send you appointment confirmations and reminders, respond to your questions, and operate our salon. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
If a deposit is required, payment is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Our services are booked by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. The app and site are intended for use by adults; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any information about a child that appears in a booking (such as a first name or a note) is provided by the booking adult.
We do not use third-party advertising networks and do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
We keep appointment and client records for as long as needed to run the salon and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us — see below.
